The nicest, kindest people work here. My son and I are very happy. It was nice from the moment we entered the hotel because we were greeted by nice gentlemen and one little gentleman, helpful with suitcases, bags, took us to the door of the room, explaining everything on the way. The lady who asked me and my son the next day if we were comfortable or overcame if the room suits us. It makes you want to come back here!!!

The Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen is a unique and stylish boutique hotel that provides a luxurious and comfortable stay for travelers. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, making it easy to access for anyone visiting the area.
The rooms at the Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen are beautifully decorated with a chic and modern style. The beds are comfortable, and the furnishings are elegant and tasteful. The bathrooms are also well-appointed, with luxurious towels and toiletries provided.
One of the standout features of the Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen is the excellent customer service provided by the staff. The staff members are friendly, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure that guests have a memorable stay. They are knowledgeable about the local area and are always available to offer recommendations and assistance.
The hotel also offers a range of amenities, including a bar, restaurant, and lounge. The bar is a great place to relax and enjoy a drink, and the restaurant serves delicious food made from fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The lounge is a stylish and comfortable space where guests can relax and unwind.
The prices at the Carmelite Hotel in Aberdeen are on the higher side, but they are reasonable considering the level of luxury and service provided. Overall, the hotel is a great option for travelers who want a stylish and sophisticated stay in the heart of Aberdeen. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-end hotel experience.

Had my partner's 60th Birthday party there, couldn't have been happier the service & the buffet was excellent. The only downside I would say is that I was asked half way through the night to give food to the homeless...I would've given everything to the homeless at the end of the night. Management could've warned me that homeless reps would be arriving at some point, this wasn't they're first rodeo with parties etc. Also disappointed with what was boxed up at the end of the night, a few sausage rolls, chicken fillets & cheese rolls. I was told "we'll box up whatever can be boxed up". With that said a good night was had by all my family & friends & Nicola- Events Manager couldn't have been more accommodating when party was being organised A+++++ for Nicola...Carmelite... please let you're customers know in advance homeless reps would be arriving at some point so a better/larger amount of food could have been provided & set aside, I've worked in the 3rd sector for years & know the importance of looking after the less fortunate in society x

The staff are so friendly and helpful....breakfast was lovely, you can pick as little or as much as you want from the menu.
They are working with the home office by giving rooms for refugees, I felt very humbled by what they were doing for these unfortunate people.
The refugees did not affect my stay in this hotel and I had a lovely time in Aberdeen
I will be returning to this hotel again.
Thank you again Elaine Alan and all the staff for your kindness.
Stay positive.

Try to avoid staying right now.Refugees home.
When I arrived in the afternoon, the hotel front door was locked( for security reasons)and the staff saw me like a rare species. I was told that majority of the rooms were filled with Afghan refugees and I was contacted by the staff earlier to cancel the order.
Around 6 a.m. NextDay the refugees started running and jumping on the hallway and visiting other rooms, every time they opening and closing doors, my walls and bed were vibrating and shaking. There are many refugees staying in the next rooms, either crying or laughing right now . What a day

OMG, what a disaster. Absolutely no atmosphere!! Had booked a tipsy tea party for a friend's 50th, have to say the food was good as we're the cocktails but there was children running around, with no adult supervision, bare footed in the bar area where there may have been broken glass. As it turns out the 56 bedroomed hotel had 50 rooms full with refugees which is fine but please look after the children, after all this is the bar area. Maybe let people know when booking hence people can make up their minds if they still want to go there. Really put a dampener on our afternoon but have to say the staff were really nice

Pink Death played here @ so did Thee Melody Garden around 1988 when it was the Imperial hotel. The owners then were cool as they just let us get on with it . ♥️🎧🖤

The good people that work here allow, us as Street Pastors, to use their facilities as our "Safe Space" vehicle can not be used at the moment due to covid restrictions. They provide us with tea/coffee and biccies.

Today my husband and I had a great afternoon tea here. We were using a voucher given to us by our grandchildren, for Christmas in 2019! The hotel honoured this, for which we are very grateful. The staff were excellent, both on the phone when I booked, and in the restaurant itself, giving excellent and cheerful service, during what must still be a very difficult time. Thank you. 😊
